Millet Casserole
1 cup millet, uncooked
5 cups tomato juice
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
4 Tbsp. ground sesame seed
½ cup sunfower seeds
1 can sliced tree ripened olives
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. basil
½ cup GRATED CHEESE
2 Tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Mix all ingredients. Bake in covered casserole dish for one hour at 350°; or bring to boil on stove top and simmer 1½ hours.
