Oil-Free Soy Mayonnaise
1 cup Water
½ cup soy milk powder
1 Tbsp. sesame butter (tahini)
1½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp.salt
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Blend smooth all except lemon juice. Stop blender. Stir in lemon juice. Chill.
