Sun Burgers
2½ cup cooked rice
1½ cup grated carrots
½ tsp. salt
½ cup boiling water
1 small chopped onion
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ tsp. sage
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. basil
Place first 4 ingredients in bowl. Blend other ingredients until creamy. Mix all ingredients together. Place ½ cup measurements on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Press with fork to burger shape. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes, turning once. Makes 1 dozen.
