OUR HOME
OUR HOME is a Natural Health Retreat whose small homelike atmosphere is conducive to the restoration of physical and spiritual health. The 18-day program is designed to meet the specific needs of each guest. These needs may include systemic illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, obesity, and lupus or areas of stress management, as well as overcoming smoking. Founded upon the immortal principles of God's Word, we endeavor to live and teach in harmony with the simple agencies of nature that God has provided to maintain and regain life and vitality.
Each day our guests are educated through instructional classes learning how to apply the principles of GOD'S PLAN (the eight laws of health) to their everyday lives and how to prepare nutritious and appetizing vegetarian meals. Also incorporated into each session is hydrotherapy, steam therapy, massage therapy and juice therapy, outdoor exercise and gardening.
Upon completion of the 18-day program, each guest not only begins to learn how to cooperate with God for physical restoration, but they also acquire new family members whom they cherish.

PROGRAM
OUR HOME welcomes you as a health guest through a supervised 18-day live-in program, implementing GOD'S PLAN so that you can experience God's restoration power for you--body, mind and spirit. The program entails the cleansing of the body first, then building up and strengthening it to start you on the pathway to health and happiness. This process is accompanied with a healthy vegetarian fare and therapeutic treatments specifically designed to meet your individual needs. To strengthen your mind, classes on health, nutrition, stress, and cooking are presented to help you better understand how your body works. Learning how to incorporate the eight laws of health can change your life.

ACCOMMODATIONS
OUR HOME is beautifully situated on 30 acres of secluded countryside property in northwest Tennessee. In the midst of rolling hills, pine, oak and cedar trees, the peace and quiet of nature has a marvelously soothing effect.
OUR HOME accommodates health quests in a modest home with comfortably furnished rooms which are designed for two occupants or one couple. Bedding and towels are provided.
