M.E.E.T. Ministry’s men’s retreat focus is to provide a spiritual atmosphere where the Holy Spirit can personally minister to each man spiritually, mentally, and physically empowering them to become the man after God’s own heart. Please note that, for the first time, we are extending a special invitation to our younger men in Christ starting at ages 16+ years old and up!

Expense:
$325-$375 on campus/$175 with hotel or off campus lodging (prices include food) – Due to limited housing on our
facilities, dorm lodging is on a first come, first serve basis. Guests residing in the dorm ($325) are reminded to bring linens for a
twin size bed, personal hygienic items, and any additional linens to keep you comfortable during temperature changes. We also have
hotels within 15 minutes from M.E.E.T. Ministry.

Housing:
Housing is first come, first serve, first served basis, so reserve your housing early.
Dress: We would appreciate your adherence to M.E.E.T Ministry’s Dress Code in
keeping with principles of Christian modesty.
What to Bring: Bible, umbrella, walking shoes, bath linens (if staying on campus), light supper items
if desired (e.g., fruit, crackers, etc.) for Friday evening.
Pre-registration non-refundable deposit of $75.00. Deadline: October 12, 2023.
If flying, allow two hours of travel time to and from Nashville Airport. In order to reap the full benefits of the retreat, we
advise that you arrive in Nashville no later than 12pm Thursday to register between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. We further suggest that you
plan a flight that departs after 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. We will offer round-trip airport shuttle for $100. Remember that minimum
check-in times is one hour in advance of flight departures.
