Camp Meeting 2022 is soon approaching! Registration ends Sunday, August 28th! Now is the time to begin making preparations to attend this Holy Convocation. Our theme is Preparing a People for Eternity. We read in Ezekiel 38:7, "Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them".
It is the focus of this year’s Camp Meeting to provide both spiritual and practical instructions on being a prepared people for the soon, second coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Central Standard Time and closed Friday through Sunday. We are closed for lunch between 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 pm.
Registration begins July 7, 2022 through August 28, 2022.
DEPOSITS: You may place a non-refundable deposit of one half of the total cost of registration fee (including meal tickets) at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be due on or before August 28th. An additional late fee of $25 will be required for registrations or final payments made after August 28th. Refunds will be considered by the business office for the following: uncontrollably dire circumstances, such as death or other unforeseen emergencies. Please plan to arrive at the administrative office between 3-6pm on August 31 to receive your camp meeting packet. The program begins at 6:30 pm. If you arrive after the registration hours, please report to the camp meeting tent to secure your registration packet.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND SABBATH SERVICES ONLY, YOUR MEAL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY AUGUST 28TH. PLEASE CALL 731-214-2241 OR 731-393-3838 TO PURCHASE YOUR MEAL TICKETS. YOUR TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE UNDER THE CAMP MEEETING TENT AT 7:00AM.
Due to limited housing on our facilities, dorm lodging is on a first come, first serve basis. The dorm is at full occupancy. Guest residing in the dorm are reminded to bring linens for a twin size bed, personal hygienic items, and any additional linens to keep you comfortable during temperature changes. We also have hotels within 15 minutes from M.E.E.T. Ministry.
ON SITE LODGING
The dorm is at full occupancy. There are no more available beds. The front dorm for couples is not available at this time.

(Camping Tents) Tent sites are $30 per tent. This cost covers entire period of camp meeting. Restrooms with showers are located behind the old cafeteria. Portable toilets will be on-site for use during camp meeting.
(Overnight RV Parking) Bring your RV to camp meeting. If your RV is self-contained, you may park it on site for $50. This cost covers entire period of camp meeting.
MEAL TICKETS PRICES:
Adults $15, Children (5 and 13) $12; Children under 5 eat free per meal.
Breakfast and lunch meals will be served only to those who have meal tickets. Please purchase your meal tickets by calling the administrative office at 731-244-2140 or 731-393-3838 before August 25, 2020. Your meal tickets will be within your welcome packet. Please plan to arrive at the administrative office between 3-6pm on August 31 to receive your camp meeting packet. Sabbath meal tickets must be purchased in advance.
PETS: We request that you do not bring pets to camp meeting. Thanks for your cooperation.
DRESS: During camp meeting dress should be in keeping with the fact that this camp meeting is a spiritual convocation. Attire should be modest and appropriate for the occasion. Please do not wear shorts, sleeveless tops or "see-through" garments.
During the late summer months, the weather may produce thunderstorms and heavy rain. Please bring rain weather gear in case of inclement weather.
