Coconut Oat Waffles


2 1/2 C rolled oats 

1/2 C sunflower seeds (or other nuts)

1/2 C unsweetened coconut 

8 dates or 3T honey 

1 T vanilla 

1 tsp salt or salt to taste 


Combine ingredients in blender, add 3 1/2 C water to blender, add additional water as needed to blend smooth. Pour 3/4 C onto grill, bake 10 minutes. Topping Variations: Nut butter Honey, Grape syrup Date Butter, Almond butter Fresh peach sauce, or Blueberry syrup Fresh fruit.
